David M. Edwards
President/CEO

David Edwards graduated Cum Laude from University of Denver with a Bachelor of Science in Communications, a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design, and a Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media Studies. He spent two and an half years at Lucent Technology as Director of Post Production and a contributing member of Lucent’s Advanced Technology Think Tank.

He started Emotion Pictures Productions in 1997, and since then has won numerous awards as director, a producer, an editor, and Multimedia developer. David is unique in that he is both an artist and a tech head.

He is highly experienced in every aspect of production and is therefore particularly well suited to head a full service production company.

Nancy Hart-Edwards
Associate Producer

Nancy Hart-Edwards comes to the film and video production community first from the talent side of the business, having graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Theater form Bard College. Nancy enjoyed a successful acting career directing and acting in Off Broadway productions in New York and regional summer stock theater in the New England.

Pursuing her other area of interest, Nancy went on to earn her Law Degree from the University of Denver School of Law and spent several years as a practicing lawyer in Denver. Very happy to be out of the legal practice and back to what she loves best, she jokingly refers to herself as a, “Recovering Attorney.”

Nancy’s background in directing and acting, coupled with her analytical experience, make her ideally suited to the position of producer. Her dedication, and eye for detail, helped her win a Telly Awards in 2004.
